Our firm is shaped by experience at the highest levels of the profession. Founder and Managing Partner Patrick L. Parker began his career at a global law firm and served as in-house counsel to publicly traded companies, advising on complex, high-stakes legal and business issues. Combined with advanced business training from MIT, that experience defines our approach: legal counsel grounded in sound business judgment.
