Patrick Parker advises businesses on complex employment and business matters, with a focus on risk management, internal investigations, and high-stakes disputes.

His perspective is shaped by experience at the highest levels of the legal and corporate world. Patrick began his career with clerkships in the Connecticut Appellate Court and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and later practiced at Clifford Chance LLP in New York, where he handled complex litigation matters.

He transitioned in-house to Merrill Lynch and UBS, where he held senior legal and leadership roles, including Managing Director and Chief of Staff. In those roles, Patrick advised senior executives on legal, regulatory, and operational issues, and played a key role in navigating significant business initiatives.

Today, Patrick represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, medical leave and disability, restrictive covenants, and workplace disputes. He also conducts high-stakes internal investigations and advises executives on sensitive personnel and compliance issues.

In addition, Patrick selectively advises clients on business transactions, including acquisitions, corporate structuring, and commercial agreements—bringing an integrated, business-focused approach to legal strategy.

Patrick’s approach is defined by clarity, responsiveness, and sound business judgment.
